F A Q’s

Can you wear our company shirt?

Yes, I can. There is an additional ‘custom outift’ fee for this and you will need to make arrangements to have the shirt sent to me before placing the order. The 5 day turn around begins after I have received it. If you would like the shirt returned there is $20 charge and the cost to return it.

What are the custom outfit options?

If you have selected the basic plan then the outfit is #7 (Same as the intro video above).

For the other packages you can select from the options below.

Are there any revisions?

At these package prices, no revisions are given but I will correct any mistake I make.

Please provide any pronunciations and special instructions when placing your order. I recommend that you read your script out loud first to make sure it flows the way you want it to. I will only read the words you give me.

Scripts should be downloaded as a word document.

What backgrounds do you offer?

The basic plan gives you a white background or any solid color. For the other plans I can drop in any kind of appropriate photo background such as an office or home setting. If you have an image you would like me to use as a background I can drop that into the video.

I made a change to the script. Can you do a re-shoot?

If you make changes to the script after I have filmed it, you will need to place a separate order for the retake, but I will discount the new order by 40% of your original order.

Do you do full body shots?

Unfortunately no. I have limited space in the studio so videos are recorded from the waist up.

Can you add closed captions?

Yes. You can select this feature at the time of placing your order. The fee for this is an additional $20 for up to 100 words.

Do you offer scriptwriting services?

I do not provide script writing but I can do proof reading and suggest edits to your script to make it sound better. There is a $10 charge for up to 100 words.

Can I bundle videos together for a series?

No, each video must be a separate order. One script per order.

Can I use your videos for advertising purposes?

Videos can be used on your website, on your social media accounts, LinkedIn, YouTube or Vimeo business accounts and for in-house monitor display at your place of business. Videos are not for TV Broadcast.

If you plan to use the video in paid online ads, social media ads, ad campaigns, tv ads, YouTube ads or any other type of paid advertising purposes you will need to purchase the ‘Commercial Use Rights’ as an extra.

You can decide to upgrade to ‘Commercial Use Rights’ at any time. This feature is billed separately. As a rule of thumb, the commercial use rights for web based paid advertising for 6 months will reflect the cost of producing the video.

As an example, if you want to use the video for social media ads for 1 year and the original cost to produce the video was $230 then the commercial use rights will cost you $460 for the 1 year of use. This is called a “limited time buyout”.

TV Broadcast such as TV commercials are priced at a higher rate. Please contact me

What is your delivery time?

My turnaround time is 5 business days.

There is an option for a 48 hour delivery and an urgent 24 hour delivery offered at an additional charge. Please confirm availability with me first.

What currency are jobs paid in?

My services are offered internationally but I operate my business in the USA. Prices and payment charges are in US Dollars.

If you are paying from outside of the USA you may notice a small foreign exchange fee charged separately by your financial institution.

Can I send you my product to feature in the video?

Yes, as long as it is a hand held size. You will need to make arrangements with me to have it delivered before you place your order. If you need me to return the item there is a $20 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
